Returns Policy

Country Originals hopes that your order will be just what you wanted and that you are totally satisfied with your purchase, however, if this is not the case or you change your mind about our products please email us at sales@countryoriginals.co.uk within seven working days.


We will then confirm your return with you and provide all the necessary details.

 

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to Country Originals  
(the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage).
 

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.

We will write to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
