Delivery Information

*We aim to despatch all goods within one working day, where possible*.

Delivery of your goods shall be made by our own carrier, Royal Mail or a courier company to the address shown in the order form. It is important that this address is clear and accurate as unfortunately we are unable to take specific delivery instructions. 

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service:

We do offer a next day delivery service for a cost of £9.99. This service is valid Monday to Friday and we do not deliver on a Saturday. If you purchase on a Friday your order will not arrive until the next working day (Mon -Fri). NB To guarantee next day delivery your order must be placed before 1pm.

As part of our company policy to reduce waste we do re-use as many cardboard boxes as possible,  so if your parcel arrives in a box that looks a little worn it would have been used previously. 
However If you require your parcel to arrive in a new box please contact us.

We use bio-degradable packing chips and re-cycle other chips that have been sent to us by suppliers and we also try to re-use as much bubble wrap as we can.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.
